Prosperity Abstract was great for helping me with closing on my loan. The staff was very helpful and responsive with the overall transaction. At the closing table Maria was very helpful and courteous; explaining all of the documents and addressing any questions I may have had. She was very patient and thorough and can't thank her enough for her professionalism. She even followed up with any outstanding concerns I had after the closing date. This title company helped me through a very messy title situation. They are professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Lexi is a straight shooter. She was a great communicator and made my closing very smooth. Most importantly, I felt like she actually cared about me and the biggest purchase of my life. I had an unexpected issue where I couldn't make it it settlement & Lexi with her prosperity team closed the transaction for me right at my dining room table. THE BEST SERVICE PERIOD.
